<lb ed="T" n="0528a16"/><span class="tx">一。可弟子得度時師主告示衆僧事</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0528a28"/><span class="tx">十善戒。若存本儀。應請二師。但菩薩受法</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0528b05"/><span class="tx">之緣冥利不無。十四五歳以上得度之人。必</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b06"/><span class="tx">待冬夏兩時授戒之日可登壇結緣。依<span style="font-size:8">ラハ</span>律</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b07"/><span class="tx">以沙彌生年次第定坐次上下。若同年者</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b08"/><span class="tx">坐出家次第。今菩薩沙彌亦宜準行。但於</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b09"/><span class="tx">登壇以後者。須坐登壇次第也。若有同</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b10"/><span class="tx">日登壇人者。雖可檢問受時之前後。座主</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b11"/><span class="tx">和尙授戒其時已定。於人人得戒何必可</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b12"/><span class="tx">論前後之殊乎。故猶可坐沙彌本位歟。或</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b13"/><span class="tx">於衆中取籌可定其上下也</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b14"/><span class="tx">一。不可爲年未滿二十人。輒授菩薩大</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b15"/><span class="tx">僧戒事</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b16"/><span class="tx">右二十未滿是十遮其一。不得受具足戒。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b17"/><span class="tx">雖是小撿。出家菩薩必須行用。山家古儀</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b18"/><span class="tx">又以如斯。智證大師授戒之日。於問遮</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0528b26"/><span class="tx">儀也。故雖登壇上座。未受本寺大戒者。暫</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b27"/><span class="tx">可坐其下。重<span style="font-size:8">テ</span>受大戒後。可復登壇本位</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b28"/><span class="tx">也。又有二十歳以上發心出家者。準占察經</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0528b29"/><span class="tx">意。雖未受沙彌戒。宜可授大戒爲菩薩</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0528c02"/><span class="tx">一。不可爲衣鉢未具人授大僧戒事</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0529a10"/><span class="tx">是制敎六念也。源雖出僧祇律。大乘菩薩皆</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a11"/><span class="tx">以共行。叡山諸師專行用之。登壇授戒之日</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a12"/><span class="tx">書六念文賜與受者。其來久矣。況晨朝無</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a13"/><span class="tx">常偈各誦六念之句。寧可不措心乎</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a14"/><span class="tx">一。可衣鉢道具體色如法事</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a15"/><span class="tx">右三衣遮絹南山一家之所立。一鉢離<span style="font-size:8">スルハ</span>木</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a16"/><span class="tx">是小宗一途之所制也。今我一衆<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>衣<span style="font-size:8">ハ</span>不擇</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a17"/><span class="tx">絹布。鉢不簡木鐵。隨緣而作。隨得而用。雖</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a18"/><span class="tx">然體色量等猶須如法所謂綾羅錦綺紗穀</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a19"/><span class="tx">等及細薄生疎之類。華綺文綵之財。悉不可</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a20"/><span class="tx">用。律中所開唯是厚密平絹熟緻紬絹而已。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a21"/><span class="tx">色則律出青･黑･木蘭三種。梵網列青･黃･赤･</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a22"/><span class="tx">黑･紫五色。並離<span style="font-size:8">ノ</span>正間皆可壞色。若準延曆</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a23"/><span class="tx">寺禁制式。可用唐袈裟色</span><note place="inline">云云</note><span class="tx">是則律中木</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a24"/><span class="tx">蘭色俗稱香染色者是也。但中古以來風俗</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a25"/><span class="tx">漸變。今時僧徒法主和尙多著木蘭。堂中衆</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a26"/><span class="tx">僧共被黑色。此亦無過。量有通局。如律</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a27"/><span class="tx">所明而已。鉢通木鐵。雖異律儀。大敎所</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a28"/><span class="tx">開烈祖所用。然木<span style="font-size:8">ヲ</span>骨<span style="font-size:8">トシ</span>布漆離<span style="font-size:8">スへシ</span>垢膩。過量</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529a29"/><span class="tx">有三品。祖師應器多是下品。形相圖樣莫</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b01"/><span class="tx">墜舊風。坐具體色如律所明。不可異袈</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0529b04"/><span class="tx">應本制。必可重複耳。凡出家行儀儉素爲</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b05"/><span class="tx">體。而人要華飾。寧道人所懷乎。縱見小</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b06"/><span class="tx">利猶應謹愼。慈惠大師二十六條式云。綾羅</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b07"/><span class="tx">綿綺一切停止。其外之色新舊麁細只可隨</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b08"/><span class="tx">有。不得捨舊求新厭麁欣細。努力努力。</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0529b14"/><span class="tx">得諸長。而百一供身不必說淨。諸餘長財</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b15"/><span class="tx">必須捨淨。若準聲聞儀。先請現前有德人</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b16"/><span class="tx">爲淨主。然後所得諸長縱一尺六寸廣八寸</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b17"/><span class="tx">以上之衣。十日之中對一比丘必須作淨。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b18"/><span class="tx">若不說淨至十一口。得犯長罪。同離衣</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b19"/><span class="tx">過。又地持瑜伽等大乘律具出菩薩說淨法。</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b20"/><span class="tx">況山門授戒時差說淨師令行此事。我門</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b21"/><span class="tx">菩薩衆誰不奉行乎</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b22"/><span class="tx">一。不可出家菩薩捉觸寶物事</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b23"/><span class="tx">右比丘之法超然<span style="font-size:8">ナルヲ</span>爲宗。若貪捉錢寶俗徒</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b24"/><span class="tx">無異。故沙彌十戒。八齋加捉寶。況大僧</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529b25"/><span class="tx">乎。若聲聞法榖米錢寶淨施白衣。令淨人</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0529c14"/><span class="tx">右小乘律中雖開別請。梵網･仁王皆深制</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529c15"/><span class="tx">斷。經說。七佛無別請法。及此末代誰敢開</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529c16"/><span class="tx">聽<span style="font-size:8">セン</span>。雖然今時檀越心。皆限約<span style="font-size:8">𬼀</span>等施甚稀。且</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0529c18"/><span class="tx">若常住僧食無別衆過。若<span style="font-size:8">シハ</span>於<span style="font-size:8">テモ</span>寺内。若<span style="font-size:8">シハ</span></span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529c19"/><span class="tx">於<span style="font-size:8">テモ</span>聚落。四人以上受檀越請。在一處食而</span>
<lb ed="T" n="0529c20"/><span class="tx">不集界内衆僧。此名別衆食。若在聚落應</span>

<lb ed="T" n="0529c23"/><span class="tx">食。此名背請。凡信施功重。檀主恩深。而貪</span>
